It is SO hard to be grateful some days - especially after going to the grocery store on a limited income.

My Mom challenged me a few months ago to start putting only positive things as my Facebook status. I didn't take the challenge right then, but 2 weeks ago this coming Friday, I started, and I must tell you...When you are forced to look at something positive in your life, even when it seems the negatives are outnumbering, you somehow forget these negative things. I haven't had one negative status update on Facebook in nearly 2 weeks. Now, if only I could train myself to think this way all of the time!

What an awesome reminder! I am thankful that I run across blogs that trigger something deep within me or remind me of the faith that keeps me grounded and centered on our dear Lord. Attitude totally makes a difference and an attitude of gratitude is a very powerful force to be reckoned with.
